Custom furniture made to your measurements and designs are generally non-refundable or exchangeable, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect. If a defect is detected, we repair or replace the elements in accordance with the warranty conditions.

The socket must be located at the module installation location at a height of no more than 70 cm from the floor. It must be a plastic socket with two wires. The decorative plastic cover must be removed from the socket. As a last resort, it can be two wires in the wall.

Of course, a sofa for a horizontal bed can be made. The model of the sofa for a horizontal bed is a sofa box (as in the video). It turns out a comfortable large sofa, more than 2 meters. In the sofa box itself, you can organize useful storage niches. The length of the seat is 2100mm.

All prices that are available on our website are indicated for the basic module of the bed-transformer made of Kronospan chipboard from the standard line (standart colors), without additional options, so the final cost of the project depends on the materials you choose, the type of mechanism (Ukrainian, Italian, German), the availability of additional options (soft headboard, sockets, lighting, cabinets). Delivery and installation are also paid additionally.

We specialize in compact furniture-transformers for apartments, houses and offices. Our range includes wardrobes, sofa beds, wardrobes with built-in beds, modular storage systems, children's rooms, home office solutions and custom kitchens. We develop each project in such a way as to combine everyday comfort with space saving.

We use chipboard and MDF from certified manufacturers with a low level of formaldehyde emission (usually classes E0 or E1), safe for daily use in residential premises. Accessories (mechanisms, curtains, guides) are supplied from reliable European or equivalent brands, which ensures durability and smooth operation. Hypoallergenic fabrics are available for upholstery and decoration, as well as high-quality varnishes and paints suitable for interiors.

The load depends on the specific model, but most wardrobes and mechanisms are designed for daily use and can withstand the standard load of a double bed (for example, 200-250 kg including mattress and users). With proper use and basic care, the mechanisms serve for many years, at the level of quality traditional furniture. Exact load and resource parameters are specified in the technical documentation for each product.

Yes, we work both with standard models and with completely individual projects. You can choose sizes within the technical capabilities of the mechanisms, as well as colors, textures, handles and other decorative elements to suit your interior. Our designer or manager will help to optimize the solution for the specific dimensions and layout of the room.

First, we collect basic information about your room: dimensions, photos, functional preferences (sleeping area, storage, work area, etc.). The designer then prepares the layout and 3D rendering or drawing, as well as the material specification and preliminary estimate. After the design is approved, we specify the dimensions, approve the decoration and launch the project into production.

Most vertical wardrobes require a standard ceiling height (approximately 240-250 cm), while horizontal models can be installed in lower rooms. The wall must be strong enough for reliable fastening; concrete or brick are ideal, and for plasterboard, reinforcing frames or embedded ones are often used. Before starting production, our specialist checks the type of wall, available space and possible obstacles (plinths, batteries, etc.).

If built-in lights, sockets or USB ports are planned, we will indicate the recommended points on the project drawings. Usually, sockets are placed on the side or above the furniture, so that they are accessible and do not interfere with the operation of the mechanisms. It is important to coordinate the electricity with the furniture project even before the final repair of the walls, so that all cables and sockets exactly coincide with the future location.

We discuss your needs, agree on a preliminary design and cost, after which we form an official order. After the project is approved and the advance payment is made, the furniture is put into production.

At the first stage, we usually need the dimensions of the room (width, length, height), the location of windows, doors, batteries, niches and columns. A photo of the room or a simple plan will help you better understand the space and offer the most functional solution. If you have a professional architectural plan, you can also provide it to speed things up.

Standard models in basic trims are usually produced faster, while fully customized solutions take longer to design and manufacture. Estimated production can last from several weeks for typical products and longer for complex custom projects. Exact terms are communicated by the manager depending on the specific model and production workload.

Our furniture can be purchased using the service of payment in installments for 6 months at 0% from monobank, from Privatbank for 6 months and from Pumb for 8 months.

Yes, for custom furniture, we usually ask for a 70% advance payment to start production and reserve materials. The exact percentage of the advance payment may vary depending on the project and the selected payment method. The rest of the amount is paid before delivery according to the terms of the contract.

Final settlement is made before delivery. If you make a purchase in installments or a loan, the payment schedule is determined by the terms of the bank or payment service. All terms of payment are fixed in the contract and invoices.

All our convertible beds are designed for daily use as the main sleeping place, provided the mattress is selected correctly and the instructions are followed. The frame and mechanism are designed to withstand regular opening and closing. 

Yes, for each model of the wardrobe-bed, the recommended dimensions, thickness and weight of the mattress are defined so that the mechanism works correctly and safely, you can find this information in the description. Springless mattresses within these parameters are suitable. The manager will tell you which mattress to choose, or whether your existing mattress fits a specific model.

Design and approval take place remotely, after which we arrange delivery through partner services; installation is performed by our team or you can also order furniture without installation and assemble according to our detailed instructions. All nuances of packaging, delivery and responsibility are discussed before placing the order. 

Yes, we offer online consultations via video, messengers and e-mail, so you can discuss the project without visiting the salon. During the consultation, the designer analyzes your measurements and photos, offers planning options and answers technical questions. After that, you receive drawings, renderings and a preliminary cost estimate.
