Delivery
You can choose the delivery service yourself during the checkout process, when placing an order with items that are in the “Cart”.
After the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email / messenger / phone with information about receiving your parcel.
Delivery options, terms and cost are determined by the delivery service you select (“Meest Post”, “Nova Poshta”, “Ukrposhta”, etc.).
Parcels are usually delivered across Ukraine between regional centers (excluding the day of dispatch) within:
“Meest Post” — up to 3 business days;
“Nova Poshta” — up to 3 business days;
“Ukrposhta” — up to 6 business days.
Delivery is paid by the customer according to the tariffs of the selected delivery service.
