Return of goods:
In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the Buyer has the right within 14 (fourteen) days, excluding the day of purchase, to exchange for a similar or return the purchased retail product (goods made to order are not subject to return), if the packaging, factory labels are not damaged, it was not used, was not assembled (installed), its presentation and consumer properties are preserved, and a payment document (check) is present.
If you decide to refuse the goods at the stage of their manufacture, please inform our managers about it. If you make an advance payment for the goods, payments are made on the basis of a pre-existing contract.
