Warranty

Warranty Conditions

The warranty for furniture is valid for 24 months, and for 12 months on furniture fittings, provided that the rules for using case furniture are followed.

The manufacturer reserves the right not to perform free warranty repairs in case of improper use of furniture or non-compliance with the rules described in clauses 2 and 3 of the warranty conditions.

Case furniture items are excluded from warranty service in the following cases:

  • if the product (furniture) shows signs of external (intentional or accidental) interference or clear attempts at self-repair;
  • if changes were made to the furniture's design;
  • if the furniture was used under conditions for which it was not intended, or in conditions inconsistent with its intended purpose, as well as with violations of the rules for using case furniture.

The warranty for case furniture does not cover the following defects and malfunctions:

  • mechanical damage;
  • damage resulting from the impact of corrosive liquids, substances, or prolonged moisture exposure that led to furniture deformation;
  • damage caused by fire, natural disasters, or household factors;
  • damage caused by non-compliance with building standards for walls, floors, or ceilings.

The warranty does not cover the adjustment of furniture fronts (such as wall beds, wardrobes, or hanging cabinets) if the furniture is installed in a room that does not meet floor-to-ceiling level standards.

The warranty does not apply if the geometry of the room where the furniture purchased under this Agreement is installed has geometric inaccuracies, namely: unevenness, bulging, concavity, non-parallel walls, floors, and ceilings, or if walls have a trapezoidal shape relative to the floor or ceiling, or if the room corners are not 90 degrees. This makes it physically impossible to install furniture without gaps between furniture parts and the walls. The contractor is not responsible for gaps and their unevenness left between the walls and furniture parts, nor for adjusting fronts or sliding doors or ensuring uniform gaps between them.

Upon detecting defects or incorrect operation of the furniture, contact the manufacturer as soon as possible to prevent more severe breakdowns.

The manufacturer is not responsible for any possible damage to the customer's property, health, or third parties as a result of furniture use.

The customer is acquainted with the operation of the transformation mechanism, and company representatives provided complete information on its use, confirmed by the signatures of both the customer and the company representatives.

Mechanical damage to furniture and fittings, such as bending mechanisms, detaching fasteners, or mechanical damage to furniture parts (such as chipboard) resulting from non-compliance with operating rules, are not considered warranty cases. Repairs of such damages and replacement of mechanisms in these cases are at the customer's expense.

The Warranty Does Not Apply:

  1. If the assembly, installation, or repair of the furniture was performed by someone other than the contractor's representative, resulting in mechanical damage to the product.
  2. In the absence of the original document confirming the purchase of the product from the contractor.
  3. In cases of swelling of parts due to exposure to water or other liquids.
  4. The warranty does not cover the adjustment of mechanical elements (such as hinges, guides, fittings for front lifting, sliding systems, etc.) that may lose optimal settings due to normal wear during usage.
  5. The warranty does not apply to electronic devices integrated into the furniture (power supplies, switches, lights, sockets).
  6. Furniture damaged as a result of natural disasters.
  7. Mounting of the wall bed to the wall.

Furniture Care and Usage Instructions

Purpose of the product. Case furniture is intended for work and storage. Items are designed for use in residential and public spaces, reception areas, and offices.

The presence of an odor after unpacking and installation is not a health hazard.

Materials used in the production of furniture are certified for environmental safety.

It is recommended to store and use furniture in a ventilated room with an air temperature of +2 to +30°C and a relative humidity of 45 to 70%.

Furniture should be protected from direct sunlight and should not be placed near heating appliances, damp or cold walls to avoid deterioration of appearance and performance characteristics.

Do not place hot objects on the furniture without a thermal insulation mat.

All furniture surfaces should be protected from impact by hard objects to prevent scratches, dents, and cracks.

It is not recommended to place sharp or heavy objects on the furniture or subject it to impact loads. Avoid performing activities that involve mechanical impact on the surface (such as cutting vegetables, pounding meat, etc.). All such activities should be performed only on special cutting boards.

Surfaces of furniture components should be protected from moisture, alkalis, and solvents to prevent swelling of frames, facades, and countertops, as well as the delamination of edges on side surfaces.

During the operation of the furniture, it is possible for fasteners to become loose; if necessary, screws, bolts, and nuts should be tightened.

Dust can be removed from surfaces using a soft, dry cloth (flannel, plush).

To refresh surfaces and remove various stains, hand marks, etc., a small amount of soapy solution can be used, after which it is essential to wipe with a dry cloth, but no more than once a month.

When using items that have glass doors, shelves, and mirrors, it is important to remember that using glass products and mirrors with cracks poses a risk of injury.

Glass shelves should not be loaded with more than 7 kg each. First and foremost, remember that glass is a fragile material, and elements made from it can break due to dynamic (impact, fall) or static (excess load, geometric distortion) physical influences. Close cabinet doors carefully, do not overload shelves, and protect glass surfaces from contact with hard heavy objects. Use special glass cleaning products. Do not use abrasive agents or sponges with metal fibers or filings.

When using furniture, try to distribute the load evenly across the support surfaces. Do not apply excessive force when opening and closing doors, drawers, and flaps.

When using a wall bed, it is mandatory to fold the bed into a vertical position daily. This is due to the fact that springs or gas shock absorbers, when constantly in an extended or compressed state, stretch due to the physical properties of steel or the sealing capability of seals. If this rule is not followed, over time, the hardware will not operate normally, and the effort required to fold the bed will significantly increase; additionally, the hardware will not function to retract the folding part of the wall bed when it is closed. In this case, folding the bed into a vertical position is prohibited to prevent it from opening, and a specialist should be called to replace or adjust the hardware.

It is necessary to constantly check the fasteners of the wall bed's box to the wall. Over time, they may loosen. In the event of loose fasteners, using the product is strictly prohibited.

If the product is intended for storing clothing, it should not be used to store other, heavier items.

Moving furniture while loaded is prohibited. When moving, it is advisable to empty the furniture of items and removable shelves and drawers.

Furniture should only be transported in disassembled condition.

Useful Tips and Prevention:

After a period of use, some mechanical elements (hinges, locks, guides, etc.) may lose optimal adjustment and lubrication. This may manifest as squeaking or difficulty in opening doors or drawers, etc. However, excessive force should not be applied in these cases. Proper operation of moving parts is ensured by timely adjusting hinges or lubricating guides with paraffin or similar substances. If joints become loose, they should be periodically tightened. Remember that most cabinet and nightstand doors can only open to 90°. Be cautious when attempting to open doors at a larger angle, as the hinges may become damaged.

Case furniture (wardrobes, shelves, hallways, tables, cabinets, etc.) should be used according to the functional purpose of each individual item. All items should be placed inside cabinets in such a way as to achieve an even distribution of load across the available area and to ensure the necessary balance of moving parts. Items on shelves are recommended to be arranged as follows: heavier items closer to the edges (supports), lighter items closer to the center. Tall elements (columns, multi-tiered cabinets, etc.) are recommended to be loaded more in the lower sections to ensure better stability of these elements.

During the operation of furniture, do not exceed the static vertical load on the bottoms of drawers (half-drawers) – more than 5 daN, and on shelves (cabinets, racks) – more than 10 daN. The normal force for opening doors is up to 3 daN; the force for pulling out drawers (half-drawers) is up to 5 daN. Note: A load (force) of 1 daN corresponds approximately to the pressure of a mass of 1 kg.

Furniture should be wiped with a dry or special treatment-soaked soft cloth (flannel, wool, plush, mitkal, etc.). It is recommended to use only specialized cleaning products for furniture, which are currently available in a wide range in retail, and besides having the necessary cleaning properties, they possess polishing, protective, conserving, and other beneficial qualities. In this case, it is essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding the application methods and areas (for which surfaces and materials they are intended). Avoid aggressive environments and abrasive materials.

Do not allow aggressive liquids (acids, alkalis, oils, acetones, etc.) and their vapors to come into contact with the furniture. Contact with such chemically active substances leads to negative consequences for both the furniture and your health.

It is also important to remember that some specific cleaning agents may not be suitable for furniture care and may contain unacceptable concentrations of some aggressive substances and/or abrasive elements. The use of such non-specialized agents is unacceptable!

Also, remember that using any abrasive agents can permanently damage the quality of the furniture's surface.
