COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT IN VARSHAVSKYI QUARTER
We developed a stylish turnkey project for the owner of a one-bedroom apartment in the “Varshavskyi” complex.
Our returning client is passionate about smart apartments and creating layouts with full functionality. Since we specialize in innovative transformer furniture, we know how to maximize every centimeter in compact homes.
Task: design a full kitchen with a large working surface, install a 160×200 cm bed, include a comfortable workstation, and make sure all elements can be hidden when needed.
Kitchen
Our designers suggested an innovative solution — lift-up fronts that conceal the entire kitchen surface. The height was adjusted to the owners’ needs for maximum comfort. Underneath are a long countertop with an integrated sink and hidden hood, plus a niche for the refrigerator. The whole kitchen is made from painted matte MDF, with profile handles instead of standard ones. The dining area features a transformer table, which easily converts from a coffee table into a dining table for 6 people.
Sleeping Area
The main feature is a wall bed made of white MDF with UV printing. It opens with a profile handle and has a front-leg support. The bed niche is complemented by side lights and a soft Rolly headboard.
Wardrobe & Workspace
The large wardrobe combines multiple functions: a wardrobe and a full home office hidden behind its doors. We also built in a special niche for a robot vacuum so it blends seamlessly into the interior.
Result: a modern smart apartment with clever functionality, where every element is designed to adapt to the owners’ lifestyle.
