We created a modern and functional interior in the new San Francisco Residential Complex. The owners purchased a one-bedroom apartment but wanted it to have two full-size double beds — and our team delivered the perfect solution.
We designed and installed furniture for:
the hallway;
the living room that transforms into a bedroom;
the kitchen;
the bedroom;
the bathroom.
Hallway
We built a wall-mounted cabinet with drawers and a spacious wardrobe (2050×1500×618 mm) that hides the boiler. The facades were made from SwissKrono Nymphaea Alba and Stone Oak, accented with sleek black rail handles.
Kitchen
The key feature is a sliding glass partition, crafted according to the designer’s concept. It both visually and functionally separates the kitchen from the living area.
The kitchen has a U-shaped layout, designed with full ergonomic principles in mind. Facades — Nymphaea Alba chipboard and Antique Oak chipboard.
lower drawers open with recessed black profile handles;
upper cabinets operate on the tip-on system;
countertop — AVANT 9014 Savoy quartz.
All appliances (fridge, dishwasher, extractor) are seamlessly hidden behind facades.
Living room-bedroom
Behind the glass partition lies a spacious living room that transforms into a full bedroom at night.
We installed an ALADINO wall bed with an Italian transformation mechanism (160×200), complemented by a sofa upholstered in BIBTEX Panamera 3 Castle fabric. The furniture was made of Graphite chipboard and Stone Oak chipboard.
height: 2625 mm;
width: 3600 mm.
Opposite the bed, we placed a stylish TV unit with integrated storage.
Bedroom
Due to the limited size of the room, we added only a large 180×200 bed, a wall-mounted TV cabinet, and a full-height wardrobe perfectly fitted into the niche.
Bathroom
We equipped the space with a floating vanity with countertop and cabinets with mirrored facades, which both visually enlarge the room and conceal access to essential utilities.
